Pembinaan Sintok Sdn. Bhd. (PSSB) was incorporated on 15 November 2000 with an Authorized Share Capital of RM5 million and Paid-up Capital of RM1.5 million. PSSB is wholly owned by Permodalan Kedah Berhad, a wholly-owned company of the Kedah State Government, under the wing of Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kedah.

PSSB is registered with Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) Gred G7, Contractor Development and Entrepreneur Development Division (BPKU) of Bumiputera Status and with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.

PSSB is ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System compliant since 1 August 2007; provided for by the “Infrastructure and Public Construction Development Works”.

The main focus of PSSB is in the field of construction, with experience in implementing projects worth more than RM250 million.
